Iris P. Bryant is a trauma-informed adoption and grief coach, speaker, and writer who helps women find purpose on the other side—or smack dab in the middle—of pain.
Rooted in faith and shaped by her own experiences with rejection, adoption, caregiving, and grief, Iris walks alongside others as they process loss, reclaim identity, and rediscover hope in Christ. Through her gentle, Christ-centered coaching, she helps others:
Find steady footing as they process the grief and identity wounds tied to adoption
Move from shame to security by resting in their identity in Christ
Discover that God’s Word speaks into their pain—and gently leads them toward healing
A North Carolina native, Iris is an educational consultant and the founder of Adoptees in Arms, a faith-based community that supports adult adoptees through every stage of the healing journey. She offers encouragement through writing, coaching, and speaking to help others embrace the story God is still writing in their lives.
When she’s not writing or serving, you’ll find Iris with a cup of coffee, a beach sunrise, or a handful of milk chocolate—or buttered popcorn—simple reminders of God’s gentle grace in the everyday.
