With nearly 30 years of marriage and a house full of love (including four kids and three dogs), Necole brings both lived experience and professional expertise to the work of restoring and strengthening relationships. As a certified Primal Question Coach, executive coach, and seasoned marriage facilitator, she specializes in guiding couples and individuals through breakthrough moments with wisdom, faith, and candor.
She offers individual sessions as well as two-day intensives. These intensive coaching experiences are transformative, deeply personal, and intentionally limited in availability—designed for those ready to make a significant investment in themselves and/or their marriage. Grounded in her love for Jesus, her husband, and yes, microwave nachos, Necole is known for her warm, no-nonsense approach and a heart that’s all-in on helping you thrive.
