Stephanie AnnMassé Williams serves as the Lead Coach at WISE Women Coach, l3c and is the Founder of both WISE Women Coach and WISE Women International Ministries.

As a certified Go and Tell Gals coach, Stephanie is trained in their proven Christ-centered six-step coaching approach. She brings over 23 years of coaching experience and has been discipling others since the age of twelve. She is also a licensed minister through the Evangel Association of Churches and Ministries (EACM) in Roseville, MI.

Stephanie is passionate about walking alongside married, Christian women who feel stuck in life, marriage, and/or ministry. Having personally experienced a season of feeling stuck in these areas, she now brings both compassion and clarity—helping women move forward with faith, purpose, and bold obedience. She is humbled at how God intertwines her education and experience in coaching these beautiful women.

She loves Jesus deeply and delights in seeing women flourish as they grow rooted in Him through every season of life. Stephanie believes in the power of Christ-centered community and the importance of doing life together with the right support.

One of her favorite Scriptures is Colossians 2:7 (NLT): “Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him…” This verse reflects her heart—to help women build strong, faith-filled lives grounded in Christ. She is passionate about encouraging women to seek Him personally and to take bold, obedient steps forward in their God-given calling and Kingdom work.

Stephanie and her husband have two young adult children and reside in their hometown, the City of Detroit.
