I’m Mercades, founder of Mercades Monge Life Coaching (Wanted & Welcomed), and a certified Go + Tell Gals Coach. I help women, leaders, and teams move forward when life feels uncertain or heavy, offering gospel-centered guidance, practical strategies, and encouragement to find clarity, hope, and freedom. About Me & My Coaching: Hi, I’m Mercades — a certified Go + Tell Gals Coach, wife, mom, and follower of Jesus. Those who know me describe me as joyful, goofy, and deeply caring. My path to coaching was unexpected. For years, friends encouraged me to use my voice to speak life and encouragement over others, but I never imagined becoming a life coach. When I finally said yes to God’s nudge, everything began to fall into place. Before coaching, I worked in kids’ ministry and tech support—two very different spaces that taught me how to care for people, solve problems creatively, and meet others in real-life moments. Along the way, I experienced seasons of feeling stuck—in decisions, direction, and deep grief. I realized that while we are taught how to gain things in life, we’re rarely taught how to navigate loss. That’s why I now help women, leaders, and ministry teams find freedom and hope in the areas where they feel stuck, especially in grief and life transitions. At Mercades Monge Life Coaching, my heart is to create a safe, grace-filled space where you can slow down, process, and uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface—your desires, fears, pain, and hopes. Together, we explore practical and spiritual steps toward growth, healing, and renewal. Whether you’re facing change, uncertainty, or the ache of loss, I’ll walk with you in it. You don’t have to rush your healing. My goal is to help you navigate the “in-between”—where you can be hurting, yet still hopeful. Through coaching, we uncover your strengths, create actionable steps, and move forward with encouragement, clarity, and freedom. As a follower of Jesus, I hold the gospel at the center of all I do.
