I’m Bethany Taff, a Leadership & Career Coach with a background in Business Management Consulting, where I’ve coached hundreds of mid-level and executive leaders across healthcare, manufacturing, publishing, education, non-profit, law enforcement, marketing, and more. After years of watching women quietly question whether their roles, rhythms, and goals truly aligned with who God created them to be, I started this practice to help them find clarity without the pressure to “prove” anything.

I work with mid-level female leaders and working moms who feel stretched thin, undervalued, or unsure whether their current role is even the path they want. Many are wrestling with imposter syndrome, influence, calling, or the tension between leadership and motherhood. My approach blends thoughtful questioning, practical strategy, and faith-rooted clarity to help women discern their next right step — whether that’s pursuing advancement, pivoting roles, or leading differently where they are.
