What If You Don’t Get Enough Rest?

Maybe your Sabbath didn't turn out how you wanted it to, and you're already feeling behind.

There's no shame here. We know that God gives us what we need and we can find moments rest and Sabbath – even in the middle of a Monday or a tiring season.

If you need a minute or a moment to yourself, try one of these 5 things to reset and recenter. We’re praying for you, friend! God is mighty in you.

Go on a five minute walk and talk with God.

Make a brain dumb list of everything on your mind.

Turn up your worship playlist. Sit and worship for one song.

Send a voice memo to a friend. Bring to light what you’re feeling and ask for prayer.

Set a 5 minute timer and open your Bible until it goes off.
