Is Soul Camp for Me?

Women with extraordinary callings need extraordinary rest. This retreat is for women in leadership who are tired, but want to keep going. This retreat is for the women who pour out and are desperate to be poured into. This retreat is for the weary but hopeful women who are desperate to use their lives for the good of others and the glory of God, but who are also wondering what will be left of their souls if they keep going at their current pace.

This retreat is for women craving a safe place, a community where they won’t be shamed or have to pretend they’re doing just fine. This retreat is for the woman who is ready to learn some rhythms and principles that will help her continually experience refreshment in her soul, so she can stay in her calling for the long haul.

What Can I Expect at Soul Camp?

BEFORE SOUL CAMP

Soul Camp will start before you get to Charleston in April. We’ll be praying for you by name as soon as you sign up and we’ll send you details to help you feel at ease and ready to jump in (including a community Facebook group to join with the other attendees). We recommend flying into CHS on Sunday, April 27 so you can jump in fully on Monday.

MONDAY, April 28

Our retreat will take place at a beautiful beach house where we’ll immediately get to know one another. Upon arrival, you’ll be showered with some treats to help you feel celebrated and get settled in.

We’ll spend Monday receiving gentle teaching, spending time in small groups, and engaging in tangible experiences that will help us grasp rest and refreshment more powerfully. We’ll have snacks, meals (lunch and dinner), and refreshments throughout the day. After wrapping up day one, you’ll go back to your individual accommodations and get ready for day two.

tuesday, april 29

On Tuesday, we’ll continue our sessions, offering an optional morning workout plus breakfast and worship. Just like day one, we’ll have snacks, full meals (lunch and dinner), and refreshments throughout the day. After a short afternoon break, we’ll meet back for dinner and a final few tangible experiences to seal in our time together.

after soul camp

Just as Soul Camp will start before you get here, it won’t be over when you leave. We’ll send you with resources to keep connecting and growing with other retreat attendees, and we’ll continue to be on your team.

how many spots are there?

To keep the retreat intimate, we limit the spaces for Soul Camp to 40 women.

Can I Bring a Friend?

If you come to Soul Camp alone, you won’t be alone as soon as you get here. Our team will be anticipating you, praying for you, and we’ll have immediate exercises to help you get to know and be known by your fellow retreat attendees.

Now, if you’ve got a friend who is also a weary leader, sign up and come together! It will be so beneficial to share this experience. But — plan to leave with more than just the friend you came with.

Why Should I Make the Investment?

A lot of us are used to paying for a vacation, retreat, or coaching — but Soul Camp is an intentional combination of all three. We want to meet your brave investment (of both time and money) with an experience that gives you spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional rest while also empowering you to sustain those practices when you go home. You’ll experience life-changing conversations, encouraging teaching, transformational experiences, like-minded community, and you’ll be sent with tools to continually use when you leave.

Examples of what you’ll experience: teaching for spiritual exhaustion tailored specifically to leaders, cold plunge coaching to practice physical autonomy and refreshment, journaling practices to help you continually process your emotions, and group sessions on life planning for more sustainable ongoing rhythms
