The Day and Light coaching

Following Jesus wasn't meant to be exhausting, but I spent years feeling like I wasn't enough in a spiritual community that emphasized doing more and trying harder. I was told to conform to the mold, but I knew my calling was to invite others into Christ's Kingdom. As a campus minister, I tried everything to grow my ministry, but success was measured by numbers, not transformed lives. I realized I was defining success incorrectly. I stopped listening to others' advice and leaned into the Holy Spirit. I discovered I wasn't meant to burn out or be a martyr for the sake of larger gatherings. Now, I help ministers heal from burnout and cultivate a sustainable rhythm of life. I help teams build cultures that prevent burnout and coach vocational and volunteer ministers to find a healthier way. My vision is to see a generation freed from performance tyranny and living in the Kingdom of Grace. I achieve this by deconstructing harmful ideas, re-exposing clients to Jesus' way (Matthew 11:28-30), and identifying enriching practices for healing and growth. Together, we create a plan for spiritual rhythms that serve them for life, adapting to changing circumstances. Jesus invites us to the easy yoke, promising rest, not burnout. Join me?
