Are you doing everything you know to do as a ministry leader and still feel frustrated and long for better relationships with your spouse, children, and congregation? Does it feel like no one understands what you have to deal with and everyone you care about is left feeling dissatisfied? I specialize in coaching ministry leaders who are struggling with those relationships. As an ordained minister with over twenty years of experience working in various church and parachurch ministries, I bring my unique experience as a pastor’s daughter, wife, mother, and lifelong learner to every coaching session. I have a Master of Arts in Practical Theology with a concentration in Transformational Leadership. I'll coach you to set clear priorities and usher peace into your relationships. We can set up a phone call or meet in person for one hour 1:1 coaching, three-hour 1:1 coaching, or six-hour 1:1 coaching. If further assistance is necessary, I am happy to meet with your family and/or leadership team to coach them to set their own priorities as a group.
