Dear Twenty-something,

Lauren has a passion for guiding women in their twenties break down shame around traditional timelines and societal pressures. Since graduating college in 2019 she has experienced many lows while trying to navigate her career, community, love life, and spiritual life after college.

Inspired by conversations with friends, Tik Toks, and her own experience Lauren created the online community Hope Is Here. Hope Is Here is a community that creates space for women who are struggling with confusion, loneliness, frustrations, and fear. It’s an open invitation to show up as you are. Where we talk about anything from friendships to careers. We will also get into more details surrounding expectations, boundaries, environment, vision, and values.
